MRT Transfer to Bus System

  1. Take the MRT Danshui-Xinyi Line to Jiantan Station and take bus red 5, holiday bus 111 to National Taiwan Library.
  2. Take the MRT Danshui-Xinyi Line to Beitou Station and take bus 230 to National Taiwan Library.
  3. Take the MRT Wenhu Line to the Jiannan Rd. Station Station and take bus 681 to National Taiwan Library.

  5. Beitou and Xinbeitou: Bus 230
  6. Shipai: Recreation Bus 128 (Run on holidays)
  7. Gongguan and Xingtian Temple: Recreation Bus 109 (Run on holidays)
  8. Sinjhuang and Fujen University: Recreation Bus 111(Run on holidays)
  9. Jinshan: Bus 1717

Get off at Chungshan Hall station, then you’ll see the hall in a walking distance.

Besides, the whole-line bus 260 stops at the door of Chungshan Hall twice daily.

【Uphill Bus】

The bus departures on Dongyuan St., Wanhua Dist. At 12:00. It arrives at Ximen MRT station at around 12:10. At 12:40, it stops at Jiantan MRT station (Ming Chuan University). At 13:10, the bus is at the door of Chungshan Hall.

【Downhill Bus】

The bus departures from Yanmingshan station at 16:20. It stops at Chungshan Hall at around 16:25. It arrives at Jiantan MRT station at 17:00.

  1. 【Highway】
    Go north on the Sun Yat-sen Freeway > Exit at Chongqing N. Road Interchange (Highway 25 Kilometers, Exit Taipei) > Go north on Sec. 4, Chongquing N. Rd. > Turn right on Zhongzheng Rd. > Yangde Blvd. > Yangjin Highway.

    • From Shilin (The best Route)
      From Sec. 5, Zhongshan N Rd. > Turn right on Zhongzheng Road> Yangde Blvd. > Yangjin Highway
      Consecutive Holidays (including Weekends)Yande Blvd. Traffic Control Notice:

      Uphill Traffic Control:
      The time for uphill traffic control is from 8 AM to 3 PM. The checkpoint for uphill traffic will be established at the intersection of Yangde Blvd. and Zhicheng Rd. (a.k.a the entrance of Fuxing Bridge) by Police department of Taipei City Government. Vehicles (excluding taxis, trucks, and shuttle buses) won’t be able to enter Yangde Blvd.
      Downhill Traffic Control:
      The time for downhill traffic control is from 2 PM to 6 PM. Police department of Taipei City Government will establish the check point at the intersection in front of “Teacher’s Center of Research and Study”. Vehicles (excluding taxis, trucks and shuttle buses) need to change their route downhill.
      Flower Season in Yangmingshan: Transportation department of Taipei City Government will arrange additional traffic control measures on Yangde Blvd. Please check related information on the website of Transportation department of Taipei City Government: http://www.dot.gov.taipei/
